CLARK, Darwin E. - Age 76, of Fenton, died May 31, 2016. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 AM until the time of service Saturday. Those desiring may make contributions to Adopt-A-Pet, 13575 Fenton Rd., Fenton. Darwin was born June 1, 1939 in Linden, the son of Donald A. and Kathleen (Bird) Clark. He was married to Helga Etterer on September 24, 1960 in Linden. He was raised in Linden, had lived in Grand Blanc and many other places throughout his career with General Motors and spent the last 14 years on Lake Fenton. Darwin retired from General Motors, where he was a vice president, after 45 years of service. He was a Corvette aficionado and was extremely proud of his children and grandchildren. Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Helga; daughters, Heidi Marie Clark and Inger (Ron) Nastal; grandchildren, Dr. Casey Robinson and Alex Robinson; his beloved dog, Cooper.
