JEFFERS, Darlene J. - age 87, of Linden, died May 1, 2022. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Friday, May 6, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, MI 48430. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held from 11 AM - 1 PM Friday at the funeral home. Darlene was born May 13, 1934 in Flint, the daughter of Ernold and Lucille Irene (Watson) Vredevoogd and was a 1952 graduate of Grand Blanc High School. Darlene married Donald L. Jeffers on June 28, 1952 and he preceded her in death on September 26, 2012. Surviving are: two sons, Dennis (Kim) Jeffers and Christopher Jeffers; six grandchildren, April (Rich) Snell, Erin (Nathanial) Bennett, Dustin (Jill) Jeffers, Kyle Jeffers, Dalton Gagnier, and Kelly (Aaron) Bailey; sister, Gail (Leroy) Kingman of West Virginia.
