Darlene Ann Ewald

EWALD, Darlene Ann - Age 62, of Grand Blanc Township, passed away Monday, May 6, 2024.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, May 13, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Home, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Fr. Andrew Czajkowski. The service will be live streamed and can be viewed here, directly below Darlene's obituary.  Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Grand Blanc.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.  

Darlene was born March 21, 1962 in Flint, the daughter of Richard and Dolores (Landon) Ewald. She was a 1980 graduate of Carman High School. She had resided in the Flint area her entire life. Darlene was employed by Sophia's Kitchen in Grand Blanc and had previously been employed at Venus Coney Island in Grand Blanc for over 30 years. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, painting, home decorating, and watching movies and TV shows. She dedicated her life to raising her two sons, Kyle and Robert.   

Surviving are: her sons, Robert Buick (Emily Kurburski) of Orion Township and Kyle Winter of Grand Blanc Township; sister, Linda Garrison of Florida; nieces; special friend, Kaye Brown of Grand Blanc; and several other dear friends.
