Daphne Lilian Hicks

HICKS, Daphne Lilian, age 80, of Fenton, died Thursday, September 14, 2006 at home. Funeral Services will be held 11AM Monday, September 18, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd. Fenton. Rev. Michael Mutzelburg officiating. Interment will follow in Tyrone Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held 12-6PM Sunday at the funeral home. Daphne was born March 2, 1926 in Hendon, London, England, the daughter of Thomas and Maude (Toms) Warwick. She married J.D. Hicks in 1945 and he preceded her in death in 1992. Daphne operated with her husband, Hicks Studio since 1950. Surviving are her 4 sons, Ray Hicks and wife Irene of Fenton, David Hicks and wife Julie of Flint, John Hicks and wife Robin of Fenton, Tom Hicks and wife Molly of Fenton; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brother, John Warwick and wife Irene of UK; sister, Doris Reilly of UK.
