MONROE, Daniel Glen - Age 67, of Davison, died Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at his home. Services will be held Saturday, June 5, 2010 at the Davison Country Club, 9512 Lippincott Blvd. Davison, Mi. Daniel was born December 23, 1942 in Flint, the son of Terry and Cleeta Geraldine (Jaco) Monroe. On September 16, 1967 he married Laurel Sill at St. Paul's Episcopal Church of Flint. They had two sons, Frederick and Charles. Daniel received a Bachelor of Science from Ferris State University. He was a pharmacist in the Flint and Davison areas for over 40 years. Daniel was a loving, devoted father who brought laughter to everyone around him. Dan was supportive and encouraging to people from all walks of life. Never one to judge a book by its cover, he leaves behind many who have been touched by his friendship, kindness and love. Surviving are: Laurel Monroe; sons, Fred Monroe and wife Ly Nguyen, Charles Monroe and wife Kerry Monroe; grandson Ben Nguyen-Monroe; sisters, Barbara Woodard and Pamela Town.
