EVANS, Daniel Jr. - Born December 20, 1932 in Detroit, MI, died January 7, 2019 in Grand Blanc, MI. Daniel will be interred at Great Lakes National Cemetery at 11 AM Wednesday, May 29, 2019. A memorial service will follow at Kirkridge Presbyterian Church, 8070 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc, with Rev. Glenn Grant officiating. Donations may be made to Genesys Health Foundation for Reverence Hospice or to the church. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Carolyn Mae (Siersma) Evans, as well as, daughters, Kimberly (Paul) Keller, Robin (Charles) Marks; sons, Michael (Sharon) Evans and Scott (Chris) Evans; grandchildren, Anne (Derek) Smith, Katherine (Saqib Rana) Keller, Kendra (Mike Rastigue) Marks, Brittany (Steve) Berti, Rhianna (Jordan) Marks-Watton, Julianne (Adam) Heinemann, Noah Orlando-Evans, Carly Orlando-Evans, Matthew (Krysten) Evans; Ashleigh Evans; five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Jason Evans. Mr. Evans retired from GMI (Kettering) in 1995 after 30 years of service.
