Dana Sue ROCKMAN

ROCKMAN, Dana Sue (Welker) -- Age 53, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at her home after a long battle with severe lung disease. According to her wishes cremation has already taken place. A memorial service will be held 1 PM Friday, February 19 at the Linden Free Methodist Church, 13274 S. Linden Rd., Linden, Pastor Bill Maull officiating. Dana was born on September 16, 1956 in Flint. She is survived by her father, James Welker; brothers, Jim (Joy) of Roscommon, Tim (Lisa Anne) of Fenton, Dave (Randa) of Flint, Jon of Fenton; sisters, Terrie Parker of Fenton, and Lisa (Elwood) Bedell of Gaines; eight nieces and nephews, Julie, Lindsey, Karen, Jeff, Allen, Erin, Meagan and Rachel; and two beloved great nephews, Ryan and Caleb. Dana was preceded in death by her mother Naomi Welker in March 2008. Dana's family would like to sincerely thank the many doctors and staff of the University of Michigan Pulmonary Unit for the excellent care she received at the facility, especially Drs.
