Dale Grego

GREGO, Dale Stephen, beloved father, son, brother and friend, age 60, of Bay City, died with family by his side Thursday August 29, 2019.

Dale was born April 27, 1959 in Bay City Michigan, the son of Arnold Stephen and Jean Faye (Swantek). Dale worked for the Abbey Auto Glass Company in Tennessee for 10 years prior to returning home to Michigan to be with his family during his illness. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, watching sports and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Surviving are: daughter, Kristi (David) Kalman of Flushing; father, Arnold (Joy Kusmierz) Grego of Bay City; sisters, Dawn (Greg Kaer) Grego of Oxford,
Debbie (Mark) Prokopenko of Essexville, Diane (Dan) Baldwin ofMidland; life long friend, partner and companion, Kathleen Hauk of Flint and six nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Faye Swantek in 1997; grandparents, Elmer and Irene Grego and Edwin Swantek and Alice Sampier.  There are no plans for a memorial service.  Online condolences may be posted on the obituaries page of www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
