Dale Dewitt

DeWitt, Dale A., 87, died June 5, 2015, peacefully in Clermont, Florida. Dale was born in Flint, Michigan, on February 17, 1928. He was the son of the late Urive and Luella (Bates) DeWitt. Dale founded DeWitt Excavating Inc. and was married to Marie C. DeWitt in Flint, Michigan. Dale moved to Florida in 1980 along with the business and his family. Dale resided in Clermont, Florida, with his wife Mamie E. DeWitt. Dale is survived by his wife, Mamie, sons: Thomas A. (Judi), Timothy A. (Marie), daughters: Sherry L. Breier (Bill), Ann L. Severns (Tony), Nancy M. Mulligan (Pat), 17 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Dale was preceded in death by his daughter, Robin S., son, Theodore D. (Ted) and step daughter, Lisa. Graveside services will be held 11 AM Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Sunset Hills Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd., Flint.
