Cynthia Lee Houle

HOULE, Cynthia Lee - Age 49, died Monday, August 28, 2006 at her residence. Memorial service will be held 11AM Saturday, September 2, 2006 at the Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd. (just south of Hill Rd.) Grand Blanc Twp., with Deacon Jim Corder officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hurley Foundation. Cindy was born February 4, 1957 in Minot, ND the daughter of Donald K. and June L. (Fraidenburg) Smith. She graduated from Southwestern High School and married Thomas J. Houle on May 2, 1981. Cindy received her Registered Nurses training from St. Mary's Hospital in both Detroit and Ann Arbor. She was employed by Hurley Medical Center in Flint, retiring after 25 years of service in 2005. Cindy is survived by her 2 sons, Thomas and fiancee Caitlin Edwards, Jonathan and wife Kim all of Flushing; parents, Donald and June Smith of Flint; sister, Linda and husband Charlie Goldsberry and their children, Patrick, Terrance, Christian and Jillianne all of Flint; nephew, Scott Mansberry of Lakewood, CO; grandmother, Mae Cadieux of Black River, MI, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
