Curtis Hurd

HURD, Curtis Lee -- Age 31, of Swartz Creek, died May 7, 2018. Funeral services will be held 1PM Thursday May 10, 2018, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel , 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5PM - 8PM Wednesday and 10AM Thursday until time of service at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the family c/o Sharp Funeral Homes. Curtis was born April 20, 1987 in Flint, the son of Curtis Lee Stocchi and Melissa Marie Hurd. He enjoyed recording music and was a member of the group Great Lakes Souljas. Surviving are: mother, Melissa of Swartz Creek; daughter, Calee Hurd of Flushing; sons, Vincent Hurd of Flint, Mason Hurd of Durand; brother Geno Molina of Beecher and grandfather, Jack Hurd of IL. Curtis was also survived by his aunt, Carla Hurd of Burton; uncles, Jack (Lisa) Hurd of IL, Lonnie Morgan of Burton; cousins, Trevor Hurd and Hailey Natzel; long time friend of the family Phil Thoune and many friends.
