Craig Phillips

Craig A. Phillips, age 70, of Grand Blanc, passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 11AM at The Rock Church, 11499 Linden Road in Fenton. Visitation will be held in night before on Sunday, November 6, 2022, starting at 3PM until 7PM at Sharp Funeral Home, 1000 Silver Lake Road in Fenton. Craig was born on December 26, 1951, in Tawos, Michigan to the late Franklin (Nora) Phillips. Craig married Kristi Dixon on July 16, 1977, and shared forty-five wonderful years together. He retired from Clarkston Auto Body after 30 years, only to go out into the work force again but as a Handy Man. Craig was an active member to The Rock Church in Fenton, where he was known as the "Sucker Man". He did many various jobs for family and friends; between his own house and his daughters there was always a house project under way. He enjoyed his many road trips with his wife, Kristi, and loved his grandchildren dearly. He was a man who kept busy and was eager to help in any situation.

He is survived by his wife, Kristi; his three daughters, Lisa (Todd) Deachin, Stacey (Rafael) Jimenez and Kelly (Troy) Smith; thirteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He is further survived by his siblings, Stan (Melissa), Erne (Darlene), Daryl (Pam), Vicki (RW) and Barb (Bill). He also leaves behind many other dear family members and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Danielle.

The family would like to thank the staff of Care Team Hospice and the many special family members and friends that have supported Craig and his family throughout these several years. Your kindness and compassion has not gone unnoticed and we are extremely thankful for each and every one of you.
