Craig Mitchell

MITCHELL, Craig Patrick - Age 57, of Fenton, died Monday, October 8, 2018. Private services will be held at a later date. Contributions may be made to Adopt-A-Pet or American Heart Association. Craig was born May 22, 1961 in Flint, the son of John Burton and Shirley Pauline (Shepherd) Mitchell. He was a 1981 graduate of Lake Fenton High School and received a Associate Degree from Mott Community College; he also received a Barber's Degree and a certificate of Mixology and Bartending. He had resided in the Fenton area his entire life. He had been employed by Art Van Home Furniture Store, where he had been a top saleman; he also had worked for Sears and Lazy Boy. Surviving are: his mother, Shirley P. Mitchell of Fenton; sister, Paulette Edwards of Fenton; brother, Gary James (Vicki) Mitchell of Fenton; niece, Rachele (Greg) Davidson of Grand Rapids; nephew, Erik (Patty) Edwards of Clarkston; grand nieces and grand nephews, Evan, Olivia, Trevor, Karla, and Liliane, Nicholas, and Nolan.
