Craig Steven JARRELL

JARRELL, Craig Steven - Age 49, of Davison, formerly of Swartz Creek, died Sunday, January 2, 2011. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, January 7, 2011 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, with Dr. J.D. Landis officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday from 12:00 PM until time of service. Craig was born December 7, 1961 in Flint, the son of Sherman Lee and Leah Ruth (Grubaugh) Jarrell. He was a 1980 graduate of Swartz Creek High School and received a Bachelor's Degree from Mott Community College. He was currently employed by Pinnacle Foods in Imlay City for the past 10 years. Craig had worked at the Grand Hotel and The Woods Restaurant on Mackinac Island. He was an avid reader, trivia expert and loved music and movies. Surviving are: mother, Leah Ruth and husband Herbert White of Swartz Creek; sister, Laurie Webber of Swartz Creek; devoted uncle of Jason and Lindsey Webber both of Swartz Creek; grandmother, Ruby Parks of Ovid; step-brother, Terry and wife Sharon White of Grand Blanc; 3 step-sisters, Barbara and husband Charles Holden of Swartz Creek, JoAnn and husband Larry Davis of Wisconsin and Sherry and husband Daniel King of Waterford; life long friend, Jim Leman and wife Tracy and family of Grand Blanc.
