GREENWAY, Craig Stewart -- Age, 44, died unexpectedly at home on May 31, 2016. Funeral services will be held 3 PM Sunday, June 5, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Hal Phillips officiating. Visitation will be held 1 PM until time of service Sunday. Craig was born June 28, 1971 in Flint the son of Sharon and Jon Greenway. He graduated from Carman-Ainsworth in 1989. Craig was a Flint Township Firefighter from 1998-2013. He was a devoted, loving father who cherished his daughters. Some of Craig's happiest times were when he was able to join his jeep family with his girls, for a weekend of wheeling in his dads 95 YJ that he was able to build. Craig worked as a Paramedic and a volunteer firefighter for Swartz Creek for several years. He was the kind of dad that would take his girls under his wing and let them wrench on his jeep, and weld with him. He taught them the ins and out of firearms, had water fights, and he loved all animals especially his dogs and cats. He is survived by his daughters, Emily Greenway of Byron, Maddison and Caleigh Greenway of Fenton; wife, Andrea Greenway of Fenton; brother John (Theresa ) Greenway of Fenton; mother, Sharon Greenway and Step Father Larry Schnurer of Swartz Creek; step mother, Elaine Greenway of Owosso; Step siblings, Karen Mills, Jacksonville, Fl. Kim Grant, Swartz Creek, and Keith Harrison of Lansing. He was preceded in death by his father, Jon Greenway of Owosso; step brother in-law, Bill Grant of Swartz Creek.
