Craig Jay DREWETT

DREWETT, Craig Jay, age 57, of Linden, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2010. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at the Linden Presbyterian Church, of which he was an Elder, 119 W. Broad Street, Linden. Visitation will be Monday, March 29, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Sharp Funeral Home, 109 E. Broad Street, Linden. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Hurley Hospital Burn Unit or the American Cancer Society. Craig was born in Flint the son of Jay and Phyllis (Lutze) Drewett. He was a graduate of the Detroit College of Law and had been in private practice in Flint for many years. Craig loved all sports especially baseball and basketball with March Madness being a passion. He had coached and umpired in girls softball leagues. Surviving are; his wife Lynne (Abrams) whom he married August 20, 1977, daughter, Ellen Drewett and husband Robert Schachtner of Chicago, mother, Phyllis Drewett of Fenton, sister, Patricia Hudson and husband Timothy of Georgia, nieces and nephews, Meagan, Brad, Jordan, and Courtney.
