GRAVES, Connie Sue-- Age 69, of Burton, formerly of Mt. Morris, died August 6, 2014 at University Hospitals, Ann Arbor. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, August 11 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Pastor Frank Yount officiating. Interment in Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be 1-6 PM Sunday, 10-11 AM Monday. Connie was born September 29, 1944 in Flint the daughter of Lee and Ramona (Aman) Bacon. She married Noble Ray Graves Sr. on April 26, 1969 in Corunna. She was active with scouts, band Boosters, and many school functions in her younger years. She was a current member of Victory Tabernacle. She was a former member of Genesee Road Church of God where she volunteered for many years conducting the church services at Briarwood Assisted Living. She was a lifelong Detroit Tigers Fan. Surviving are: husband, Noble Ray Graves Sr; two sons, Noble Ray Graves Jr. (Vicenta) of Montrose, Thomas Graves of Burton; sister Nancy and husband Charlie Kirk of Swartz Creek; many nieces and nephews.
