Clyde Crow

CROW, Clyde C. - Age 85, of Swartz Creek, formerly of Flushing, died Monday, February 7, 2022.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, February 11, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek (A live stream of the service will be available on Clyde's obituary at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com).  Chaplain Adam Doyle officiating.  Burial in Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.  Those desiring may make contributions to McLaren Hospice.   Clyde arrived in the world Feb. 18, 1936 in Bernie Mo. dying just 11 days before his 86th birthday.  He was the youngest son of Grove Cleveland Crow and Martha Rose  McCain, 13th of 14 children. Clyde was always active, his love of sports, basketball in Bernie High to softball and blooper ball continued all his life.  Clyde could do anything he put his mind to, from building his own home to working his way up to tool and dye at Chevrolet Motors. He had a 42 year and 5 month career.  Clyde and Rose married Dec. 23, 1979. They loved their grandchildren, travel, garden, snowmobile and motorcycle ride. They enjoyed each other for nearly 40 years. Between Clyde and Rose are 5 children and  numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Clyde knew the meaning of family.  He taught his children to work hard and live life. He's dearly loved. He will always be in our hearts.  Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfunealhomes.com.
