Clinton Lee "Pops" Wentworth

WENTWORTH, Clinton Lee "Pops" - Age 69, of Clio, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2024.  Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, January 26, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc (A live stream of the service will be available on Clinton's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday, January 26, 2024 from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the family.  

Clinton was born May 17, 1954 in Mt. Pleasant, the son of Howard and Adeline (Jacobs) Wentworth.  He was a 1973 graduate of Clio High School.  He married Rhonda Sue Anderson August 25, 1973 at First Presbyterian Church in Flint.  He had resided in Clio most of his life.  Clinton owned and operated Wentworth Carpet and Flooring in Clio and Mt. Morris.  He was a founding member of the Clare Fraternal Order of Eagles #3977 and a former member of the Clare Loyal Order of Moose #2268.  He enjoyed hot rods, Harley's and singing Karaoke. He also loved his grand fur babies and was known as Mr. Fix It and most of all he loved and adored his family.  

Surviving are: his wife of 50 years and high school sweetheart, Rhonda; children, Mia Wentworth of Clio and Clinton (Cari) Wentworth of Clio; grandchildren, Joseph (Makenzie) Olson of Burton, Katie Olson of Clio, Carson Wentworth of Clio and Logan Wentworth of Clio; special niece, Crystal (Jason) Miller and their children, Isabella and Ethan of Clio; siblings, Mary (Barry) Lenski, Julie Matthews and Gerald (Linda) Wentworth; sister-in-law, Jasna Wentworth; and several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
