Clifton Peters

Peters, Clifton, Eugene - Age 80, of Lansing, formerly of Burton, died January 18, 2018. Private family service will be held. Clifton was born August 9, 1937 in Flint, the son of Earl and Lucy (Stiles) Peters. He married Minnie Fitch on October 11, 1958 in Flint, she preceded him in death on May 28, 2011. Clifton worked for Uncle Bob's Diner as a baker retiring in 2000 after 37 years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Clifton is survived by his stepson, Kenneth Buys Peters of Flint; sons, David and (Barbara) Peter of Lansing, Larry Peters of Flint, Jeff (Brenda) Peters of Grand Blanc, Kevin (Kathy) Peters of Vernon; daughter-in-law, Carmen Peters of Germany; grandchildren, Monika, Charles, Mandy, Josh, Melinda, Jessica, Dana, Katie, Devin; great-grandchildren, Mika, Elijah, John, Christian, Amelia, Austin, Skylynn; sister, Maxine Mann; brothers, Clinton (Wanda) Peters, and Carl Peters; He is preceded in death by his wife, Minnie; parents; sisters, Mary Ellen Pickering, Ellie Barton, and Doris Rivera; brother, Clifford Peters; great-grandchild, Bentley.
