DOUGLASS, Clifford George -- Age 80, of Flint, died October 8, 2011 at Heavenly Acres in Flushing. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, October 14, 7:30 PM, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1187 S. Dye Rd., Flint. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Wednesday, October 12 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Burial services will be private and will be at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Mr. Douglass was born August 24, 1931 in Flint, the son of Karl and Mattie (Dagg) Douglass. He was a graduate of Flint Northern High School. He was a veteran if the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps. He maried Patricia Joy French in 1952. He was a retired Technical Engineer for the County of Sacramento, California. Surviving are: wife Joy; sister Jean McGillicuddy of E. Stroudsburg, PA; son Steven Douglass of Sacramento, CA; daughter Deborah and husband Van Arline of Seattle, WA; Rhonda and husband Hunter Boice of Leesburg, FL; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
