Claire Lewis

LEWIS, Claire Isabel - Age 3, died on June 29, 2016 at Hurley Medical Center surrounded by family and friends. A memorial service will be celebrated 12 PM Friday July 8 at St Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4413 Morrish Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held 11 AM until time of service at the Church followed by a Celebration of Life to be held at the same location till 3:30 PM. Claire was born on April 30, 2013 in Flint, MI to Heather Lewis. A beautiful, energetic, and adventurous child, Claire was known by her family and friends as loving, vibrant, and a natural born entertainer. She loved dancing and cheerleading. Claire is survived by her mother, Heather Lewis. Her grand parents Thomas and Valorie Juratich, and Jeffrey Lewis. Her great grandparents Lois Jones, Steven and Karen Juratich, and William and Florence Lewis. Her very special aunt and best friend forever Alyssa Juratich. Great uncles and aunts Joe and Jill Harburn, Doug and Debbie Zimmer, and Mark and Carrie Juratich. Godparents Ame Sands and Adrienne Pelkey. And many other uncles and aunts, cousins, and friends who loved their Claire Bear so much. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the extraordinary staff of the Hurley PICU as well as the staff of The Gift of Life.
