HARRINGTON, Cindy Marie - Age 58, of Rochester died October 31, 2015. A Celebration of Life will be held 12PM - 4PM Saturday, November 14th at Petruzzello's Banquet Center, 6950 Rochester Rd., Troy, MI 48085. Cindy was born December 24, 1956 in Rochester, the daughter of Bobby and Alice (Rhoads) Spencer. Surviving are: Son Robert Tipple and his wife Kelly Peterson; 2 grandchildren, Destinay and Anthony; and parents, Bobby and Alice Spencer.
