Christopher Doty

DOTY, Christopher Harold - Age 54, of Corunna formerly of Swartz Creek, died Monday, July 4, 2022.  A service of remembrance will be held 2:00 PM Monday, July 25, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek.  Mr. Marc Cavett officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home Monday from 12:00 PM until the time of the service.  Those desiring may make contributions to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.

Chris was born October 5, 1967 in Flint, the son of Richard "Dick" and Elaine (Benjamin) Doty.  He was formerly employed by Accument Global Technologies in Holly.  He enjoyed riding his Harley, muscle cars, hot rods, classic cars, bowling, and he loved rock and roll music.

Surviving are: his wife, Cynthia and her children, Maegan Palacio and Brandon (Gabrielle) McBean; his daughter, Molly Doty; grandchildren, Callie, Kaiya, Gavyn, and Braydon; brothers, Tim, Tom (Kassandra), and Brad (Ann-Mari) Doty; In-laws, Varnum and Cheryl Boyer; sister-in-law, Christine Rodgers; and several nieces, nephew, cousins, and special friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Daniel Doty; and special friends, Dennis Pelky and Matt Hunt.  Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
