BOAZ, Christopher William - Age 17, of Mt. Morris Twp. (Buc Town) died Saturday, January 16, 2010. Services will be held 11 AM Thursday, January 21, 2010 at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 6273 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Aaron Whitman and Pastor Sean Kennedy co-officiating. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Tuesday and 1-4 and 5-8 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc, MI 48507. Visitation will also be held 10 AM until the time of service at the church on Thursday. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Christopher Boaz Memorial Fund. Chris was born May 4, 1992 in Flint, the son of William Boaz and Jackie Sawvel. He attended Beecher High School where he played football and was active in the chess club. He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church Youth Group. Chris will be sadly missed by: his mother, Jackie and her husband, Jeff Wyman of Mt. Morris Twp.; father, William Boaz of Flint; brothers, Steven White, Justin and Nicholas Boaz, Dominic Nichols; sister, Jessica Sawvel; father Sean and stepmother Crystal Goslin; brother and sisters, Shawday, Sean, Mark and Kaitlyn Goslin, Michael and Mariah King, Britney Sisco, Danielle Wray; grandparents, great-grandparents, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
