POTTER, Christine Ruth - Age 98, of Grand Blanc, died Sunday, January 31, 2016. Funeral services will be held 11AM Friday, February 5, at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Pastor Rodger Good officiating. Burial will follow in Davison Cemetery, Davison. Visitation will be held 4PM to 8PM Thursday. Those desiring may make contributions to Genesee County Humane Society. Christine was born July 24, 1917 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of the late Howard E. and Lucena Mae (Hunt) Potter. Christine was a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma International. She retired from the Flint Public Schools as a school teacher with 41 years of service. She was preceded in death by her sister, Helen M. Potter and brother, Duaine Potter. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff and Med Team at Abbey Park, the staff at the Oaks of Woodfield, Dr. Reddy and Dr. Kunadi for their care and devotion.
