BARBER, Christina Elizabeth "Chris", age 48 of Flint, lost her life unexpectedly on March 4, 2024. A funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at the Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center located at 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan. Interment and graveside service will follow at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive guests at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of service Thursday. Christina was born on October 2, 1975 in Flint, Michigan to the late Charles Stevens and Helen Everman. She was a very hardworking person and was a devoted mother.

She is survived by her children, Samantha McLean; Rodney (Rebecca) Kimbrell-Coates; Janie (Tommy) Nelson; Ricky Penoyer; Tiffany Penoyer; Destiny Barber; Terry Barber, Jr. Chris is also survived by many grandchildren; her nephew; extended family; friends; and her brother, Charles Gifford. She was preceded in death by father; mother; and brother, Wesley Everman, Jr.
