Chester Paul "Chet" Blackburn

BLACKBURN, Chester Paul "Chet" - Age 75, of Fenton, passed away July 6, 2023. No services will be held. Chester was born January 29, 1948 in Hurley, VA, the son of Chester and Gladys Ruth (Lester) Blackburn. He married Pamela Jeanne Whitcomb on April 20, 1984 in Grand Blanc; she preceded him in death on December 29, 2022. Chester retired from General Motors after many years of service. He was a hot rod and classic car enthusiast. Chet was loved by everyone that knew him. He is survived by his daughter, Danielle; granddaughters, Reegan and fiance, Noah and Gillian; great grandchildren, Archer and Everest; siblings, John (Julie) Blackburn, Steve (Debbie) Blackburn, Diane (Joe) Smotherman, Linda (Rick) Tinker and Lesa Blackburn; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
