Charlotte Edna SKAGGS

SKAGGS, Charlotte Edna - age 79, of Flint, died Wednesday, February 16, 2011 McLaren Regional Medical Center. Services will be held at Bristol United Methodist Church, 5285 Van Slyke Rd., Flint with Rev. Marvin Herman officiating. Interment will be held at Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11 AM until the time of service at the church. Mrs. Skaggs was born March 15, 1931 in Flint, the daughter of Clyde E. and Lottie B. (Short) Barnett. She was a member of Bristol United Methodist Church and enjoyed collecting dolls and painting. Surviving are: daughter, Bonnie K. Monroe of IN; son, Mark A. (Bonnie) Skaggs of Flint; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Beverly (Jerry) Battino of White Lake. Her husband, Clyde M. Skaggs; two sisters and a brother preceded her in death.
