Charley Partin, Jr.

PARTIN, Charley, Jr.  Age 66, of Flint, died Friday, November 19, 2004 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Sunday, November 21, 2004 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd. (just south of Hill Rd.), Flint with Rev. James Kleintank officiating. Visitation will be held 6-9 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. Mr. Partin was born January 11, 1938 in Bell County, KY, the son of Charley and Gladys (Mason) Partin, Sr. He retired from Buick Motor Division in May 2004 as a painter after 38 years of service. Surviving are: wife, Kay; three sons, Gary and wife, Kathy, Tim and wife, Kathy, all of OH, Charles Scott of MI; daughter, Mary of Flint; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ron and wife, Joann, John and wife, Carla, all of OH; five sisters, Bobby Stackus of FL, Charlene and husband, Rev. James Kleintank of Flushing, Sandy and husband, Terry Williams, Joanne and husband, Danny Clifton, all of OH, Sue and husband, Mike Barrett of Flint. He was preceded in death by: his parents; two brothers, JD Partin of KY, Danny Partin of FL. We will dearly miss you!
