MARTELL, Charles Elixier III "Charlie" - age 70, of Linden, stepped into the next life surrounded by loving family on June 3, 2014. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Friday, June 6, 2014 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4413 Morrish Rd., Swartz Creek. The burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery. A memorial gathering will be held from 3-5 and 6-8 PM Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. A rosary will be prayed at 7 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Karmanos Cancer Institute (www.karmanos.org). Charles is survived by wife Sue Ann, sister Rosalyn, children Emily O'Connor and Erica Kairis, and 6 adoring grandchildren. The guy with the red curly-up moustache will be greatly missed.
