Charles J. “Chuck” Mack, 83, of Hampstead, NH, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at Elliot Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on October 26, 1940, to the late Matthew and Georgia (Sejak) Mack, in Flint Michigan. Chuck graduated from Swartz Creek High School, with the Class of 1958. He then went on to serve his country in the U.S. Army. Chuck was the Past Executive Officer, Vice President and President of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union, Local 370, of Flint, MI. He was the Past Grand Knight of the St. Maximian Kolbe Council #9058, of the Knights of Columbus, in Hampstead, NH, a 4th Degree member of the bishop Peterson Assembly #0641 in Salem, NH, and a member of American Legion Post #115, in Danville, NH.
Chuck was a communicant of St. Anne’s Parish, in Hampstead, NH, where he also previously served in the funeral ministry and as an usher at the 4 o’clock Mass.
Chuck is survived by his wife: Patricia (Walsh) Smith-Mack, of Hampstead, NH; daughters: Gennelle Coltrane, and her husband Tim, of Sneads Ferry, NC, Theresa Mack-Boggess, and her partner Chuck , of Linden, MI, Georgann McRee, and her husband Joel, of Swartz Creek, MI; granddaughters: Jordan Martin, of Ponchatoula, LA, and Maegan Sorrels, and her husband Steven, of Minden, LA; great-granddaughters: Tessa Rae Martin, and Falon McGlothren; great-grandson: Garrett Lee Martin; stepchildren: Ronald and Chris Asselin, of North Salem, NH, Maureen Abbott, and her husband Lewis, of Derry, NH, Alicia Chandonnet, and her husband Gary of Lowell, MA, Kelly Houle, and her partner Steve Dube, of Nashua, NH, Pamela and Terry Vanhorn, Debra Basso, and her husband David, and Renee Kouba, and her husband Mike: sister, Sharon Kader and her husband Louis, all of Michigan.
In addition to his parents, Chuck is also predeceased by: his wife: Joan Mack; brother Francis Mack; and great-granddaughter Laela McGlothren.
A graveside service will be held 11AM Tuesday October 22 at St Paul Cemetery, Owosso. A luncheon will follow at Greg and Lou's 1460 N. M-52, Owosso.
