Charles Kreider

KREIDER, Charles Francis - age 82, of Grand Blanc, died May 29, 2015. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Monday, June 1 at Bristol United Methodist Church, 5285 Van Slyke Road, Flint. Pastor Marvin Herman officiating. Interment following in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint and 12 PM until the time of service Monday at the church. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Bristol United Methodist Church. Charles was born August 6, 1932 in Lancaster, Ohio the son of Frederick and Edna (Pease) Kreider. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Korean war. He married Elenor Talcott on June 11, 1955. Charles retired from Chevrolet Metal Fab after 39 years of service. He was a member of Bristol United Methodist Church and Burton VFW Post 2777. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Elenor; children, Roene Zohler of Tampa FL, Vickie (Greg) Roller of Largo FL, Rita (Richard) Bishop of Byron MI, Sherry (Ernest) Trujillo of Lansing MI, Brian (Cherylynn) Kreider of Burton MI, Christopher (Tracy) Kreider of Tampa FL; 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brother, Samuel Kreider of Fairfield IA.
