JUSTICE, Charles Edward -- Age 76, of Fenton, died Friday, September 19, 2008 at Crestmont Health Care Center. Funeral services will be 1 PM Monday, September 22 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, J.C. Hager officiating. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be 7-9 PM Saturday, 2-5 and 7-9 PM Sunday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Primitive Baptist church. Charles was born December 14, 1931 in Pike County, KY, the son of Dennie and Jetty (Belcher) Justice. He was married to Virginia Coleman in Ohio. He had resided in Fenton for 54 years. He attended Pikeville College and was a teacher in Kentucky. He retired from G.M. Tank, Grand Blanc, as a tool and die maker with many years of service. He was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church. Surviving are: wife Virginia; four children, Larry E. Justice of Fenton, Susan and husband Arthur Metzger of Fenton, Deborah and husband Larry Alexander of Reedsville, NC, Charles R. Justice and wife Laura of Grand Blanc; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Beatrice and husband Ray Sleigher of Phoenix, AZ; brother Roger Justice and wife Faye of Fenton; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Vivian Sloan and Mary Lou Webb; two brothers, Russell and Billy Justice.
