Charles Gammey

GAMMEY, Charles Justin- Age 71, of Shelbyville, TN, died Tuesday December 1, 2020. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Charles was born November 20, 1949 in Pontiac, Michigan, the son of Jessie and Thelma (Williams) Gammey. He married Betty Granby in Pontiac on June 14, 1997. Charles proudly served his country in the Army for nine years. He retired from Bostick Transportation with many years of service. Charles enjoyed cutting the grass and yard work. Charles with his wife Betty were members of the International House of Prayer ( I.H.O.P. Ministries). Surviving are: wife of 23 years, Betty Gammey of Shelbyville, TN; sons, Tim Gammey of TX, Brian (Tina) Gammey of TN, son, Stephen Gammey of TN, daughter, Heather Gammey of TN; step-sons, Denis (Tina) Robinson of Burton, Eric (Michelle) Robinson of TN; grandchildren, Cheynne, Carmen, Justin, Alexandra, Tanda, Austin, Kathleen, Ava, Donald and Mason. He was also survived by his brother, Dean Gammey of Lake Orion; sister, Jean Williams Gammey of Rochester; many nieces and nephews.
