McBRIDE, Charlene Ann - Age 79, of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday, October 23, 2019. Services will be held 12 PM Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Higher Ground Christian Ministries, 6005 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Charles Peck officiating. Visitation will be held at the church Tuesday from 11 AM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the church. Charlene was born September 24, 1940 in Detroit, the daughter of Lloyd and Grace (Hendryx) Allbright. She was a 1958 graduate of Fowlerville High School. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Davenport University. She was a substitute teacher for the Flint Community Schools. Charlene was a member of Higher Ground Christian Ministries. Surviving are: 3children, Pamela Kaye Fuentes of Howell, Marta Sue White of Crown Point, IN, and Daniel John McBride of Swartz Creek; grandchildren, Ashley Jennings of Swartz Creek, Brooke Fuentes of Utah, Elyse Fuentes of Howell, and Ayden White of Crown Point, IN; 2 great grandchildren, Caleb and Kiley White; sisters, Mary (Gary) Mills of Durand and Laurie (Steve) Paling of Houghton Lake; brothers, Robert Allbright of Howell and Charles Kiley of Wisconsin; and several nieces and nephews.
