Chandraray Jayprasad MEHTA

MEHTA, Chandraray Jayprasad, age 87, of Piscataway, New Jersey passed away suddenly on December 23, 2010. Private cremation services will be held on Monday. Visitation will be 4:30-6:30PM Sunday, December 26, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp. Mr. Mehta was born November 18, 1923 in Nadiad, India the son of Jayprasad Kantharia and Sulochana Kantharia. He was a loving father, grandfather and brother and will be remembered forever. Surviving are his daughter, Bhargavi Raiji and husband, Tushar; two sons, Jagdip Mehta and wife, Ushma, Vyomesh Mehta and wife, Bindi; two granddaughters, Paulomi Raiji and fiance, Kyle Campbell, Sarjika Mehta; four grandsons, Manish Raiji and wife, Veena, Shivang Mehta, Poonit Mehta, Paavan Mehta; sister, Rasika Mehta; brother, Girijaprasad Kantharia. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pragnavati Mehta; two brothers, Bhagavati Kantharia, Balendu Kantharia; sister-in-law, Usha Kantharia; and nephew, Divyesh Kantharia.
