THOMAS, Chad Edward "Adly" - Age 29, of Burton, died Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, April 17, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc Twp., Minister Jeff Switzer officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Chad E. Thomas Memorial Fund, c/o Sharp Funeral Home. Chad was born November 11, 1979 in Flint, the son of Edward L. and Rebecca S. (Lewis) Thomas. He had lived in the Flint area his entire life. Surviving are: son, Isaac Thomas of Davison; mother, Rebecca and husband Ronald Moore of Burton; 3 brothers, Tad E. Thomas of Grand Blanc, Matthew C. Moore of Burton, Nick Moore of Florida; fiancee, Melissa Cuevas and her daughter, Anastasia of Flint; several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward L. Thomas.
