Cecilia Kertesz

KERTESZ, Cecilia Marie -- Age 66 of Grand Blanc died September 15, 2015. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30AM on Friday, September 18, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 11804 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc. Fr. Gary Koenigsknecht celebrant. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11AM-2PM and 4PM-8PM Thursday, at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint with a Rosary being prayed at 6:30PM. The family will also receive friends from 9:30AM until the time of Mass Friday. Cecilia was born April 4, 1949 in Fenton. She graduated from Lake Fenton High School and did volunteer work for Mt. Morris and Grand Blanc schools as well as the Special Olympics. She married James J. Kertesz on June 1, 1968 and he preceded her in death February 19, 2010. She enjoyed watching NASCAR races. Survived by children; Dennis Kertesz, Chris Kertesz, granddaughter Lilly Kertesz, sister-in-law Maria Baumbach, cousin Richard Jobbagy, sister Stephanie Stephens.
