Cecilia "Celia" Ellis

Ellis, Cecilia "Celia" - Age 86, of Grand Blanc, died September 19, 2024. Private family services will be held. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc. Celia was born January 22, 1938 in Motherwell, Scotland, the daughter of Michael and Elizabeth (Shields) Mackin. She married Alexander "Lex" Ellis on July 18, 1958; he preceded her in death January 16, 2018. Celia worked for Hudson's for many years. She was a member and chaplain for Burton Eagles. Celia was also a member of Grand Blanc Moose Lodge. She enjoyed spending time with her family and scrapbooking. Celia loved her endless pots of tea. She is survived by her two children, Kevin (Jean) Ellis of Florence, Kentucky, Sandra (Keith) Speer of Genesee Township; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; brother, Tom (Margaret) Mackin.
