DOMINICK, Carson Jacob - Age 13, of Swartz Creek, died Tuesday, May 14, 2019. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, our temporary location at Hill Creek Church, 5363 Hill Road, Swartz Creek, Monday, May 20 from 1-8 PM. (Carson's request was for everyone to wear a sport jersey of your choice for the visitation.) Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at Riverdale Baptist Church, 5151 Calkins Road, Flint, Pastor Cory Snyder officiating. Additional visitation will be held at Riverdale Baptist Church Tuesday from 10 AM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the Carson Jacob Foundation. Carson was born September 15, 2005, in Ann Arbor, the son of Paul J. and Christina M. (Pizzi) Dominick. He was an 8th grade student at Swartz Creek Middle School. Surviving are his parents, Paul and Christina Dominick; sisters, Madison and Morgan Dominick; grandparents, Joseph and Margo Pizzi of Hancock; aunt, Catherine and Dale Dunn of Schaumburg, IL; uncles, Joseph and Erin Pizzi of Hancock, John and Alison Pizzi of Trenary, and Kirk and Tania Grant of White Lake; great-uncle, Anthony Pizzi of Hancock; and cousins, Ethan, Kaeden, Liam, Elliot, Dominick, Faith, Addison, Giovanni, Amerie, Ezio, Tristan, Jaden, and Brennan.
