Carolyn Ross

ROSS, Carolyn Jean (Shelby) - Age 83 of Flushing, passed away Friday, July 31, 2020. In accordance with Carolyn's wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek.

Carolyn was born on April 23, 1937, in Morehouse, Missouri, the daughter of Conrad and Elizabeth (Sloan) Shelby. She was a homemaker raising her 7 children. Carolyn and Larry Ross were united in marriage on November 7, 1984 in Florida. She was an artist of drawing and painting.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Ross; 7 children, Butch, Steve, Patrick, Cindy, Elizabeth, Michael and Charles; 6 grandchildren, Steven, Clayton, Taylor, Wade, Landon and Charles; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Barbara and Beverly (Dan); and several nieces and nephews.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Conrad and Elizabeth Shelby; one brother, Jimmy; and one sister, Linda. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
