Carol Trueblood

Trueblood, Carol Ann - Age 76, of Flushing, died October 16, 2021. No formal services are planned. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Carol was born June 17, 1945 in New York City, NY, the daughter of Edward N. and Irene (Roth) Gaboury. Carol worked for the State of Michigan as a social worker for her entire career. An avid music lover, she liked music across the spectrum from Motown to Jazz, and Queen to Metallica. To many who knew her, she was a shining light in their lives; and for them, now that Carol is gone the world is a bit darker. Carol is survived by her son, Matthew (Katrina) Trueblood of Flushing, her honorary children she named the Horde; three grandchildren, Tyler, Morgen, and Cydia; siblings Mike and Bruce; dear friends, Molly, Arlene, and Marge.
