Carol Tower

TOWER, Carol Ann - age 83, of Holly, died January 7, 2021. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 4 PM Thursday, January 14, 2021 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton, MI 48430 with Fr. David Howell celebrant, The family will receive friends from 1 PM - 4 PM Thursday at the church. Interment of cremated remains will follow at St. John Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility, 50 Sanderson Ln, Coldwater, MI 49036, MI, Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org), or Humane Society (www.geneseehumane.org). Carol was born August 11, 1937 in Saginaw, the daughter of Aloysius and Thelma (Connelly) LaFevre. She was a customer service representative for many years. Carol's passion as being a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She was devout in her Catholic faith. Surviving are: eight children, Jeff (Pam) Tower of Redford, John (Diann) Tower of Holly, Shannon (Greg) Olson of Ann Arbor, Tracy Walsh of Garden City, Julie (Dave) Shallack of Colon, MI, Jenny (Pete) Toney of Colon, MI, Tammy (Brian) Brown of Plymouth, and Christa (Scott) Brumwell of Grand Blanc; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Sandy LaFevre and; brother-in-law, Dennis Roberts. Carol was preceded in death by: her parents; four siblings, Mary Roberts, Bob LaFevre, Larry LaFevre, Yvonne Blockno and; son-in-law, Patrick Walsh.
