Carol Antoinett Krause

KRAUSE, Carol Antoinette  Age 61, Swartz Creek, died Friday, July 16, 2004 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Tuesday, July 20, 2004 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Swartz Creek with Fr. Amos Wischmeyer celebrant. Interment will be held at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be held 3-9 PM Sunday and 2-4 and 6-9 PM Monday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. A rosary will be prayed 7 PM Monday evening at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. Carol was born April 1, 1943, the daughter of Anthony P. and Mary A. (Sevenski) Krause. She was a graduate of Michigan State University in Medical Technology and retired from McLaren Regional Medical Center after 35 years of service. Carol was an active member of St. Mary Catholic Church where she taught CCD classes for many years. She was a member of St. Rafael Guild and was an avid outdoors person. Surviving are: mother, Mary A. Krause; sister, Toni and husband, James Ivey of Laingsburg; niece, Gretchen J. Ivey of London, England; nephew, James A. Ivey of Lansing; many friends.
