CARMER, Carla M. - Age 68, of Clio, died June 4, 2015. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Visitation will be held 3-8 PM Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to the family. Carla was born July 29, 1946 in Rensselaer, IN, the daughter of Toffan H. and Birdie Mae (Edwards) Gregory. Carla retired from General Motors, Flint Truck and Bus and was a member of U.A.W. Local #598. She was an excellent cook, a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. She is survived by her son, Darren Bocksnick; step-children, Christina Williams, Kelli Simmons, Don Carmer and their families; granddaughter, Aryanna; siblings, Harry (Teresa) Gregory, Timothy (Catherine) Gregory, James E. (Cheryl) Gregory, Sue Ann Gregory, Tina Wilmouth; special friend, Jan Curry; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Dawn Mae Bocksnick; brother, Wendall Gregory.
