Carl Bernard Farmer

Carl Bernard Farmer, beloved husband, father, Papa, uncle, brother, and friend; went to be with the Lord April 19, 2025. Carl was born September 20, 1949, in Flint to George and Thelma (née Conrad) Farmer and was raised by Thelma with his four brothers Mike, Jimmy, Bobby, and Wayne. He shared 56 years with the love of his life Debra née Dorman. He worked at GM as a crane operator, after retiring from GM he went on to drive truck for Penske. Both he and Debra were involved with the Genesee County Special Deputies. He loved life and filled it with laughter and love. Carl was our steady strength, a true outdoorsman, and mentor to all the boys. He loved traveling, motorcycle rides with friends and his nephew Josh Farmer, and time spent on the river.

Carl is survived by wife Debbie, sons Jason (Jennifer) and Jentery (Stacey), grandsons Tristan (Erin), Owen (Ashlee), Jameson, Aiden and Julian, brother Bobby (Yolanda), and his Dorman family, along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded into heaven by his parents, mom and dad Dorman, three brothers, and Jentery Michael Farmer his grandson and buddy. He left us with wonderful memories and stories to tell.
