Bruce Ellsworth

ELLSWORTH, Bruce Gene - age 78, of Flint, died September 6, 2022 one day before his 79th birthday. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Mike Halliburton officiating. Visitation will be held 11 AM - 2 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Bruce was born September 7, 1943 in Davison, the son of Raymond Wesley and Ila Marie (Finzel) Ellsworth. He was a 1961 graduate of Davison High School and a life-time member of First Baptist Church of Davison. Bruce retired from GM / Buick Motors as a Test Mechanical Engineer in 2005 after 44 yeas of service. He married Debra (McDonald) Conrad on May 3, 2002. Bruce loved John Deer tractors, Westerns, and enjoyed wrestling and outdoors sports especially hunting and fishing. Surviving are: wife, Debra; children, Dean Vargo, Randy (Jennifer) Conrad, Tasha (Jordan) Conrad, Todd (Margaret) Ellsworth, Cheryl (Dan) Blanton; and Kathy Ellsworth; grandchildren, Addison, Randy, Maygen, Cameron, Sarah, Austin, Mackenzie, Dean, Becky, Cody, Laura, Greg, Darrian, and Landon; several great-grandchildren, Joshua, Jennifer, Jenna, and Brayden; two siblings, Robert (Lloree) Ellsworth, and Joan Potter; special aunt, Shirley McPherson.
