Brenda Perkins

PERKINS, Brenda Lee -- Age 63, of Swartz Creek, died July 24, 2014. Services will be held 3 PM Tuesday July 29 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be 1-3 PM Tuesday. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society or Genesee County Humane Society. Brenda was born August 16, 1950 in Flint the daughter of Vachel and June (Rapps) Merrow. She was a homemaker and was proud to have worked on her family farm her entire life. Brenda had amazing talents in flower gardening, painting, and other artistic projects. She was a fabulous cook and an avid animal lover. Brenda is survived by her two daughters, Bobbie Kaye and husband Joey Featherston of Estero, FL, Mindy Klepoch of Swartz Creek; three grandchildren Bailie Featherston, Madison and Aiden Klepoch; three brothers, Paul and wife Joan Merrow, Ray and wife Jan Merrow, Chris and wife Cindy Merrow; several beloved nieces and nephews.
