Bonnie Charney

CHARNEY, Bonnie Lou - age 78, of Flushing, died peacefully on December 11, 2021. Bonnie was born November 29, 1943 in Flint, the daughter of the late Alfred and Elizabeth (Nichols) Benn. Married to Donald Charney (who preceded her in death) for 55 years. Bonnie worked as a producer for the Factory Whistle Show and Bill Lamb Productions in Flint for many years. Surviving her are her two sons, Scott (Tina) Charney of WA, Matthew (Amy) Charney of Grosse Ile; siblings; Bill (Jill) Benn and Barb (Bill) Maxheimer, sister-in-law Mary Ann (Pat) Ouelette.  Also , five grandchildren: Lauren, Alex, Carlin, Ben, Drew and many granddogs as well as nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.   Arrangements by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W.
